💪 The Challenge
Making the website a lot more informative to a potential customer what VML does. As a corporate video creation software and website, the previous site did not show off all the amazing features VML offered.
⭐️ The Process
- Design and Animation Build: Other designers in the team focused on the page design, while I heavily focused on the animation building in after effects in Webm format for our website. I animated most assets to make them standout.
- Webflow Build: This was my first intro to Webflow and I really enjoyed the learning process. I build all the web pages, the responsivness and added animated assets to make it stand out.
- Testing: Before launch i made sure to test the site on different devices and came across an issue where if an iphone was on battery saver mode, mp4's dont play they are on the first frame. Because of this I went with Webm files for animations insetad so they always play.
🎯 The Outcome
The site had a lot more visitors, longer sessions and we recieved a lot more form submits from legit companies. The re-design did exactly what we needed, help potential customers understand what we do.
